And this phone are connected in a local LAN?? Because I see Asterisk receiving a "Bad request" from 68.156.63.118
If those phones are not in your local LAN, try with a soft phone first. Could be Zoiper or Xlite. Besides, use SIP SET DEBUG, for SIP debugging and try to see why is 101 sending a "400 Bad request" back to Asterisk.
