IMO, yes - sort of. :) Since Linksys bought Sipura, you're probably looking at the Linksys PAP2 - the functional equivalent of the Sipura SPA-2000. They look different (better if you ask me - the LEDs are far better placed and more useful than they were on the Sipura units) but are pretty much identical under the hood.
