I think that VICIDIAL is pretty good(full disclosure, I wrote it). It is currently in use at over 700 companies in over 70 countries around the world and is available in 9 languages. 45 seats blended are no problem for VICIDIAL, we even have some installtions running that are over 300 seats. As for integration with 3rd party software, we have integrated with many different kinds of web-based and client/server applications for our clients. Could you explain a little more exactly what functions that you would want the call center software to perform, and what functions you want your existing application to perform? Thanks, MATT--- _______________________________________________ -- Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
