All arguments aside, I'll guarantee you MS OCS is much less stable than Asterisk/Linux, much more buggy, and will be for the forseeable future. It took M$ 5-10 years to get Exchange right.
So in a few more years I'll have another look at it but I won't be a guinea pig for now.
