I've attempted it before. It all depends how you are wanting to integrate.
Do you mean to use Exchange as the voicemail system for Asterisk? If so,
this how to (

is useful in doing that. If you'd like your own environment to test with,
you can also download the Exchange 2007 Trial VM from Microsoft (
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=692A6E3C-81C9-4D8A-93FA-266D651735DC&displaylang=en
).

If you want to use the Exchange 2007 for IMAP storage, that one gets uglier
as in this version of Exchange, they removed the "master" user ability (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;937359). This means
that for each user, you would need their username and password in order to
store their voicemail in their Exchange mailbox.
