I can setup one 104s with a Nat router between it and *

dg104s----lan-------nat----lan-----asterisk-----lan------dg014s

That works great

But if I try

dg104s-----lan-------nat---internet----nat------internet------asterisk------
-------dg104s
  a 1 2
b

No luck

The dg104 a has no dial tone, now here is what is odd if I dial a from b a
rings but cannot answer and continues to ring in b's handset

I setup a as dmz host on nat 1 and have port 2427 mapped to * on nat 2

Have you tried just the DG104s behind nat?

Have you had any issues with call waiting?
