    I think you problem is on the queue systems, we have the same problem
on version 1.2.x and 1.4.x
one one of our call centers.

    Try to change you agents to be dynamic, and also to change the login
method from AgentLogin to AgentCallBackLogin

        What do they mean?  I've never seen them under Asterisk 1.2
