Once touch recording only seems to work between extensions. When calling an external party when pressing *1 does nothing. The person you have called can hear 2 DTMF tones. Is there a trick to getting once touch recording working over a zap channel? I am using a TE110P, but calls over SIP to a VSP also fails when trying to use one touch recording.
