With our current setup, we have an older avaya system which is linked with our asterisk system via a em wink connection. When you press "2" on the avaya network, it will jump to our asterisk box and then sends DTMF digits. Asterisk listens for those numbers and then responses as soon as it has a match.
The problem is with having a "send to voicemail" option. Right now, a user can press "*5053" and they will be sent directly to that user's voicemail box, rather than their phone. But when you press "2*5053", it appears the * is ignored or not sent. I need to find a way to make this option work. Any thoughts? _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
