Its Called Off Hook Call Announcement And Asterisk In 1.2 Can Not Do This I Dont Know About 1.4
This would indeed be off-hook announcement - doesn't call waiting use this feature already? Can't see much difference from the description - even the big boss won't like forced barge-in if his horses and men are talking to a client.
