We are doing PRIs into T4XXP cards. When I call out things are fine... however tonight sometimes on inbound calls I'd get:
chan_zap.c: Duplicate setup requested on channel 0/1 already in use on span 1 in the full debug log followed by a fast busy signal on the calling parties end.
