I have an asterisk server version 1.2.12.1 along with trixbox and I am having this nasty problem, I have a TE200P and have an E1 pri attached to it and zttool says it's OK, I have configured the whole 31 channels into one group as follow:
Zapata-auto.conf:

Now I can recieve calls on the pri and everyhting is well but I can't make calls from the pri, whenever I try I get all circuits are busy message here is a log from asterisk cli when I try to make a call out using pri it is a tiny long but trixbox does add many macros and stuff put I do have suspicions about what can cause the zap channel to get a Hungup request as it seems from below that is the case :
