You cannot set callerid on POTs lines. You my have more luck if you place your call via a T1 - but it's still up to your carrier. Some VoIP providrs also allow you to set callerid on SIP calls, but you need to check. I fear you'll have a hard time finding a carrier that will allow you to set CALLERID(name), they usually limit it to number only.
