Hi

    i have  running a call center and I have 5 agents , and I m using vcdial. I have 512kb 1:1 bandwidth and also I m using codec g729 license.but then also I m facing a voice brakeage.

Can I monitor(barge) an agent and client conversation ?

If u have the solution pls let me know
