Which "h323"? chan_oh323 is just one of at least three h323 channels. Versions 0.7x of it are for Asterisk 1.2 , and is distributed independently of Asterisk. The directory asterisk/channels/h323 includes chan_h323 . And addons package includes chan_ooh323c .
