Ah of course :) I expect that would be an identical Asterisk installation, and manually switch over the RJ45 cable from box 1 to box 2 if box 1 fails.. Complete duplication of hardware - not very expensive in this case - the biggest expense would probably be the Digium E1 card, and that's a small price to enable such peace of mind!
