[Asterisk-Users] freepbx dialing prefix

I need to put a ‘w’ in the dialing prefix, but it says it isn’t valid.  If I manually modify the extension file, it then affects all calls made over any trunk.  Any ideas?   Sean -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
