this prevents additional outgoing calls, which is unacceptable. i cannot
put a call on hold and originate another call -- the phone says
"resources full".
all I want to do is prevent the polycom from ringing in the ear of our
employees while they are already on the line talking on the phone with
customers. it's incredibly annoying.
