Customer got ripped off by a previous VOIP provider and had a REAL
distaste for VOIP, even done right...
Get this....
they had a SIP Server in San Diego, with 25 phones in NYC and another 20
in Atlanta.
Average hops were 24, and over 210 ms end to end.
Just poor engineering, and they didn't know better.
