Do you have the latest firmware? Are you trying to use the phone with a hunt group or do you want each line to work with a different TISP? I think if you want all 3 lines to work on a hunt group you only configure line one as global. It's quite well documented but I haven't messed around with it lately. The manuals are all available online at aastra.com
