Hi All -- I've got a Polycom 601 with the sidecar unit all working with extension hints and what Polycom calls the Buddy Watch feature. I can see the state of extensions, but there seems to be a limit of 7 that I can monitor at any one time.
I've put in a call to my distributor (this is how Polycom provides support). So far no response. I've seen other people have had this issue (http://voxilla.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-6350.html) but not whether anyone has successfully resolved it.
