And the codecs tested are G.711u and G.711A, I set the ATA to try G.729
but my asterisk does not have any licenses, anyway I deactivate the use
of LBRCodec and I still get the VAD problem this shouln´t matter since
the ATA uses G.711 against Asterisk I checked it with Ethereal.
Anyway, even if the device is using VAD the MOH should be transmited by
Asterisk.
