Whining about stuff that is not implemented (when it's clearly documented to not be implemented) does not do anyone any good, and it makes the rest of the community tend to ignore the remainder of whatever you have to say.

This is a volunteer-driven open source project; people write and test what they feel like writing and testing. If you want something that is not implemented, you can 'influence' what someone feels like writing and testing in whatever way is suitable... but whining at them usually has the opposite effect.
