Hi all, I posted about this briefly, but haven't gotten a response as yet. I've checked further, and it seems that the 'Wrapup Time' option just isn't having any effect. We have agents logging into the queue using [queueno]* and [queueno]** to log out. The calls are all processed fine, but it just seems to hit them straight away again, not obeying any of the settings in wrapup.
Has anyone else seen this? or does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start looking ?
