I did a quick check on the "blindxfer" config parameter and i cant find
any
referense to that in the sourcecode for 1.2!
The features are defined in ... tada... res/res_features.c ! :-)
I've found features are detected most reliably when the phone sends DTMF as
sip-events, not via RTP (RFC2833) or in-audio
