Works fine for me as well. Took some working to get right. There's a very recent thread on this, see:

Also, you'll need to go into the web interface for your Snom phones and configure each button for each line you want to monitor. We have Snom 360's. For us, in the web menu, you go to Function Keys and program as many of the 'P' (e.g. P1, P2, etc) with the extension number and set the drop down menu to 'Destination'.
