I believe that the led is yellow on "Yellow Alarm" and red on "Red Alarm".
There is a big difference between the span being up/down and the
D-channel being up/down. The span can be up, green and ready to go, but
the D-channel turned 'down'. Why that would be happening on your already
running span is beyond me... but Asterisk obviously thinks that the
D-channel is down.
