There are several examples on the wiki to do this. However you did not say if you wanted Asterisk1 to use PRI attached to Asterisk 2 and Visa Versa.
If you do, after creating the IAX link, set up a dial plan the uses the IAX link as well as its own pri. Are you trying to do this in AMP? Or manually coding it.
