All voice mail related functionality is in app_voicemail.c; sounds are the respective vm-*.gsm files in the sounds directory. If you want to modify the functionality and more prompts around, you'll have to make your hands dirty and confront the about 6000 lines long app_voicemail.c file... and edit or re-record the sounds.
