1) What do these two notices mean?

exist

does not exist
2) I have ran the registration utility and done the
setup of g.729 codec. How do I enable that (settings
are enabled in modules.conf) so that it will use that
codec priority before ulaw/alaw, et cetera?
I just have allow=g729 in the sip/iax configs
