great nevermind. I was relying on my friend's configurations which are broken at agent-add. He was logging in the phones by just going through typing in each login manually on each phone. :| I'm curious then why the heck he placed a login key on each phone.

The problem is callers call the building and they are intruduced to the weekday message, then when they hit 1 they are placed in a queue for appointments. They are always on hold and the receptionist phone doesn't ring.
