Or is it a monitoring application that you need? for instance, do you need the ability to monitor active channels on request? The description below isn't clear around what you mean in regard to 'monitorin' and 'placing the others on hold'. Normally you 'place someone on hold' after you have spoken to them - so I guess I am not clear on a few points.
