Hi Harry,
The maximum size of the file will vary based on phone model and the amount of
flash it has, but if their file is 60K than that should not be an issue in
either case.
In order to look at this further, we should get a copy of their configuration,
log files with the phone trying to load the large directory. Based on this we
can diagnose the issue. Also, if a TFTP log is available that could help us as
well.
