Tim,
No current stable release has those features. You will need to upgrade
to CVS HEAD or wait until Asterisk stable 1.2.0 is released.

Ok, let me clarify ... PauseQueueMember and UnpauseQueueMember are not
part of 1.0.8 open source version (which is what we're using
currently). If there is a stable branch of open source Asterisk that
has these features, please let me know which version it is.
