maybe polycom works, but better to try some other with official support for asterisk (or generaly open source), like snom or zultys have nice features and btw, linux based ;-) today most features had probably cisco 7940/60 (moreover custom features extendable through build in xml minbrowser), but not very suitable for SOHO due to complicated support (cisco partner needed)...
