While that really depends on what your telco provides, you can expect an
E100P to work in Germany ("ISDN-PMX"). For several ports you might want
to use a TE410P board. It allows you to provision both E1 and T1 ports
on the same board which should come in handy, if you want to
attach a T1 channel bank (those are way cheaper than their E1
counterparts).
