I'm just getting into the * thing, but from what I can tell so far,
documentation is an area in desperate need of volunteers.

Jeremy,

While I see your point, I don't think it's reasonable to ask an end user (as
opposed to a system admin) to hang out on IRC to learn how to use his/her
phone while dealing with live calls and trying to do their job (sales,
marketing, support, accounting, business admin, etc).

There really should be 2 sets of documentation, one for the system
adminsitrator/installer, and one for everyone else.  Of course, the problem
with this, is that the admin may set things up different than what the
end-user docs describe.
