[Asterisk-Users] HELP ATA 186

Hi all, I want to configure an ATA 186 (I have ine in my local net and it�s working ok) connected via Internet. The phone in the "remote" ata can dial (but not recibe the calling tone) but it can�t recibe calls. The asterisk console says that can�t crate a sip channel. Could someone help me????
