Description

This patch adds a test for the endpoint configuration setting 'accountcode'. It
creates a PJSIP channel (by way of a Local channel) that dials an endpoint that
conveniently happens to be associated with the same address as the Asterisk
instance. The two resulting PJSIP channels are checked to make sure that they
have an accountcode on creation by way of the Newchannel AMI event.
