ASTERISK-19143 Core dump when adding dialplan extension (via CLI or dynamic hints)
This issue has been reported some time ago ( https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-19143 ) and has persisted from Asterisk 1.8 through 11.
