You can have multiple mailboxes in a mailbox= line in a sip peer.
Awesome. Does anyone know how large that can scale? Im not sure if
Asterisk will like 10,000 boxes on that one line. I'd like to modify
Asterisk to support the keyword "all", so that I could put
mailbox=all, and have Asterisk connect every mailbox to that
subscription. Thoughts?

points if the NOTIFY can be modified to include the VM context.
