Hello, libpri is able to parse it anyway. If you remove '0x' in pri_facility.h at line #define ROSE_DIVERTING_LEG_INFORMATION2 0x15 and enable PRI_DEBUG_APDU debug option in libpri, you will be able to see decoded content of this message.
