With inbound SIP based calls I use exten => _700,5,SIPGetHeader(REFBY=Referred-By)
to get the Referred-By header. This contains the transferer number.

I am using DNID to get the transfered number, because as stated on wiki RDNIS
"Usually only works on PRI". It will be better to have RNDIS with SIP, IAX and
other channels too instead of using another variable.

On blind transfer, the transferer will be sent to GOTO_ON_BLINDXFR.
However, it seems there is no way for the transferer
to get the transfer number in the dialplan. Is it correct?

I modify the code to set TRANSFER_NUMBER variable to the
transferer channel. For example, if you dial #333 to initiate
a blind transfer, TRANSFER_NUMBER will be set to 333.

Does it make sense? If yes, I'm happy to provide a patch
to bugs.digium.com.
