When you trace them on our 5300 they show up as T38. And our carrier also
recognizes it as T38.
If they aren't going out as T38 then what are they going out as?
It's going Ulaw to the 5300. The 5300 is doing T.38 at that point to your
carrier. That is why it shows up as t38 on your cisco. But asterisk is
most certainly NOT doing t.38.
