As I have source for a semi working * on cygwin (but derived from somone elses work, and not complete or distributed) and I am working on a another windows port for donation to the tree, I can say there are most definitely code changes necessary. This guy promissed me the source would be available several weeks ago, and has not responded to subsiquent e-mails after that date. I think somone at digium needs to give this guy a ring as he is making money off breaking their copywrite.
