(BWe have a 4 port TDM400P (2FXO, 2FXS) in our small office
(Basterisk server running 1.0 stable on Redhat 9. Two
(Bchannels are on phone lines, the other two on analog
(Bphones.

(BAbout once every couple weeks, either the phones connected
(Bto this card die (get static, but no dialtone when we lift
(Bthe receiver), or the connections to the telco lines from
(Bthis card die (they no longer detect ringing, or answer
(Band out bound calls to the PSTN are noise and static
(Bonly).

(BExcept for the above, asterisk is fine, and doesn't (as
(Bfar as I can see) report anything unusual. SIP phones are
(BOK, and the IAX connections are fine. Just the TDM card
(Bhas died.

(BRestarting asterisk doesn't fix it, rather the machine
(Bneeds to be rebooted (a Compaq DeskPro 400Mhz Pentium
(Bbox), then everything is OK again.

(BDoes anyone have any clue about what might be happening
(B(or where we could look when this has happened to arrive
(Bat a root cause?)

(BThe Digium card is on IRQ 11, which is also shared by the
(Bethernet card and the USB port on this PC.

(BThis PC has no other function except being the asterisk
(Bserver, so it is not busy at all.
(B
(BIt has 128M ram, runs RH9, asterisk v1.0 stable. There is
(Bnothing else in the machine unusual.

(BAny thoughts are welcome.
