Hello, This is my setup
Agent/1001 is logged on to the Queue via Zap/1 Zap/3 -> calls and goes to queue. Now when an agent is on a call, then if another person (supervisor - Zap/2) wants to join the conversation then i simply send an Action: Redirect with the extra channel via the manager interface. Action: Redirect Channel: Agent/1001 (Please note I am not using Zap/1 here) ExtraChannel: Zap/3 Context : meetm Exten: 680 Priority: 1 This takes both of them to meetme conference room. The supervisor then joins the conference also. All fine so far. Once the call is completed, the agent hits a '*', MOH starts for the agent. However after that, the agent gets no other calls directed to him. My basic requirement is to allow a supervisor to barge in an agents conversation. Can anybody help me.
