Hi all,
I am currently performing a feasibility study to convert a ~1200 station enterprise from an ageing TDM PBX to a new VoIP PBX. I have two questions:
1. How many minutes/month should I be expecting with this type of system (ballpark average)? I have heard everything from ten minutes per day per station (360,000) to 1/3 of total stations x 10,000 minutes (3.6 million).
2. If I implement this using TDM T1's for the inbound and local calling I am expecting to significantly reduce the total number of minutes. Assuming 1/2 of the low end (180,000 minutes) I am underneath the 1/4 million minutes that most carriers seem to want for SIP-SIP connectivity. Are there any carriers in Los Angeles that will provide SIP-SIP connectivity for this quantity commitment? What kind of pricing am I looking at?
Thanks in advance, Max
