The sending email addresses can be added to the redlist.
The mails can be redlisted parsing any header in redRe.

One additional question came up.

Our setup for outgoing mail:

Webserver1
Webserver2

both sending to

mailbox server

which sends outgoing mail to

ASSP. Now we put the necessary parts (subjects, out of office) on the
RedList for users hosted on mailbox server, but want also to add
Webserver1 and Webserver2.

So that mails from them never contribute to ham/spam analysis because of
the hosted public web forms on them.

Can we somehow add the IPs/header to the Redlist although they are relayed
via mailbox server?

Thanks

Everything clear with the explanation of redRe.

It issue was, that the term redlist was absolut new to me coming from the
MailScanner world and the google search including mailing list did not
reveal the magic word redlist.

Thanks.

At least read 'redlistdb' and 'redRe' - better use the GUI index at the
left and search for 'red'.
Click at the list icon at the top (second one from the left) an read the
notes.

My question: What is wrong in the GUI text? For me it is clear - but may
be it is hard to understand?

Hi,

we started to implement ASSP and would be ready to go live.

After studying the documentation, ASSP has the nice feature to whitelist
recipients to which the users actively send mail.

So far we have a few customers, which use out of office replies for
vacation, deputy tasks and so on.

Just wanted to know, if anyone has experience with that or if ASSP still
handles it fine (or should we tune something) and my worries are just
wrong 😊

Best,
