The call to FileScanCMD is a system call. Those calls are out of control
from assp. So assp will wait until the cmd has been finished and possibly
hang, if the cmd is never finished. If you want to have a timeout for the
filescan, you need to control this from inside you script.

If the ClamAVtimeout is also used for dofilescan , may I sugest a
description update for that option?
